White Sage
White sage is my #1 recommended way to cleanse a person, crystals, a home, land or any object that needs to be cleansed of someone else’s energy. This is known as smudging. The smoke from burning the sage stick has been used in Native American ceremonies and by thousands of spiritual people for many years. For a home, I recommend turning the stick in a counter-clockwise motion to get rid of negative energy, making sure to cleanse mirrors, doors, windows, and corners well. Or for an object, simply ensure the whole item has been touched by the smoke.
I chose this particular sage because it is hand-collected from sacred grounds in California as part of an exercise in prayer and meditation. I use it myself and in my own home. I hope you will enjoy these smudge sticks as much as I do.

How can I use this on a negative person without them knowing what I’m doing? I unfortunately live with this person.
Well, it might be rather difficult for them to not know what you are doing, LOL. The smoke is pretty strong. Honestly what I might suggest instead is diffusing some essential oils. Or making a room spray with some Sage essential oil. It wouldn’t be quite so obvious. Hey Julie, it’s cool you mention that because the other day I was thinking , ”Does Sage oil exist?” and it does, and I figured smoke is for bigger areas, and oil for people.
Woops I missed this for some reason Christine! So sorry! You can use the smoke for people too as long as the smoke doesn’t interfere with their breathing.
