Hemi-Sync–I used the Out of Body Experience set to learn to meditate. Using these, I am now able to go into a deep meditative state almost instantaneously. I was able to go from being completely unable to let go of my thoughts to releasing my fears, my worries and my anxiety. These are powerful CDs and the brain is highly sensitive to them. There are many, many CDs on this site. I suggest taking the time to peruse it and find the one or two (or three) that call to you and give them a try. The quality is high and these are used by many psychics and healers that I know.
